4.2 Data Security: Fintax Fusion will take reasonable measures to safeguard your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for ensuring the security of any data or information you share with us.
- Ownership of Work Product
5.1 Client Data: You retain ownership of all data, documents, and information you provide to Fintax Fusion.
5.2 Work Product: Any work product, reports, or documents produced by Fintax Fusion during the provision of Services will be owned by Fintax Fusion, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
- Termination
6.1 Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In such cases, you may be responsible for paying any outstanding fees.
6.2 Termination for Cause: Fintax Fusion may terminate the service agreement immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to fulfill your obligations.
- Limitation of Liability
Fintax Fusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the provision of Services or any errors or omissions in the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
